Scope: Provides installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of hardware, software and services as assigned.
Documents activities, hardware and software, and other relevant record keeping.
Performs troubleshooting of hardware, software and services.
Communicates effectively and timely to supervisors related to performance of job duties.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Be available for providing after-hours/weekend/holiday production support when called upon. Participate in the on-call rotation.

Responsible to Local Branch Manager for day to day administrative matters (reporting if absent, etc.)
Work Timings: 11pm to 8am
