1. Participate in project reviews and provide inputs to use cases, potential deployment scenarios etc.
2. Extensive experience in testing web products.
3. Superior testing, scripting and defect finding skills
4. Has actively used automation as part of testing process in earlier projects
5. Active participation in customer support aliases
6. Must be able to provide technical guidance other team members
7. Independently conceive and drive ideas to improve productivity and end to end product quality
8. Good leadership skills, teamwork and communication skills a must.
