Job Description: 

• Under general supervision provides technical support to customers, answering moderately complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet.
• Trouble-shooting on Information Security products
• Acquiring thorough knowlege and understanding of the product line.
• Will be required to work in shifts.. 24 *7.

Desired Profile:

• B. Tech (Computer Science) graduate
• Very good knowledge in either programming or towards networking
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and logical abilities
• Should be willing to work in night shifts
