Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/ B Tech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE), M. Tech, MCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in degree or equivalent.
• BSc (IT/ CS/ Physics) and BCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in graduation

HCL LEAP program consists of a 3 month on-campus learning module and a 3 month on-job training module. The campus module is conducted at our world-class learning center at Manesar (near Gurgaon) and consists of classroom training, practice labs, assessments, counseling support and industry participation in the curriculum. On completion of the campus module, learners are deployed into live roles for On-Job Training for a period of 3 months where they have an opportunity to translate their skills into action in a real workplace environment During this time, the learner is also expected to successfully pass a range of external certification exams from recognized technology certification bodies.

On successful completion of the entire program, the LEAP Scholar receives -
1. Assured job with HCL Training & Staffing Services and deployment into projects across a variety of global Technology companies at locations across India at an attractive salary and benefits package.
2. A starting salary of CTC INR 2 Lacs per annum
3. A bundle of industry recognized, premium certifications for technical, professional and communication skills (For example, ISTQB, RHCSA, CCNA, MCSA).

Program Fees: Selected Students need to pay INR 1,00,000*(40k as seat confirmation and 60k on the day of joining) at the start of the training program and the balance fee of INR 50,000* need to be paid in 15 instalments starting from first month of employment with HCL TSS.

Add On Information about LEAP Program:
During the 6 months program you would undergo:

• 3 Months of Classroom (1Month Technical Foundation + 2 Months IT Track Specific Training)
• 3 Months of On the Job Training (OJT).
• Stipend of Rs.5000 per month in OJT ( After Completing 3 months of Training )
• Starting Salary CTC of 2.0 Lacs per annum from 7th month post training program. First hike after probation up to 20%
• The program will be delivered at HCLs IMT Manesar Training Facility
• Employment as Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee & Associate Graduate Trainee
