Role: Associate Software Test Engineer 

Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional Associate Software Test Engineer to ensure HyperQualitys software deployments meet established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. 

HyperQuality is a technology company that provides cloud infrastructure for distributed/virtual call centers.
Job Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements and design reviews
• Communicate well with the QA and Development team members
• Explain the requirements and design of the applications well to the other QA team members
• Understand the requirements and find gaps in the Specifications
• This is an agile environment. Changes in the requirements and design are very frequent. Document the changes properly and communicate the same with the QA team effectively
• Coordinate with the product managers to ensure that the requirements are met
• Develop and document test strategies, plans, and scripts based on executing an analysis of the requirements and specifications for each project initiative
• Author and execute test cases
• Ensure data integrity standards
• Run manual and automated tests
• Ensure complete and timely reporting of bugs and test results
• Write testing documentation and help finalize all system and software documentation 
• Perform demonstrations of the applications to the users
• Summarize and report the test results effectively

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
• Strong knowledge of testing process and fundamentals from the project inception to shippin
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• 2+ years experience in Black box and White box testing 
• 2+ years experience testing web-based, 24/7 applications
• Knowledge of one or more bug reporting tool(s)
• 1+ years experience writing SQL queries
• 1+ years experience in test planning and documentation
• Ability to read and understand technical information and communicate the same effectively
