Laterals:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in providing Customer Services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good at basics of accounting and finance 
• Good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word & MS-Excel 
• Strong analytical skills, should have an eye for detail 
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things 
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts 

Laterals:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel 
• Good decision making skills & analytical skills 
• Extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things 
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts 
• Having payroll experience will be an add-on
