Job Description:

• Management Trainee / Interns are primarily responsible for cold calling the potential clients, briefing them about the IT Services of The Hackett Group. 
• Management Trainee will extensively coordinate with the BDM and the delivery team.

The Job responsibility is as following:

• Cold Calling prospects
• Interaction with Clients, Requirement Collection, Analysing the requirements and coordinate with the BDM and delivery team.
• E-mail marketing. Need to generate leads for software sales / promotion
• Build a strong network of client data.
• Team-coordination.
• Giving brief presentations regarding our services.

Desired Profile:

• Must be from Tier 1 Engineering colleges / NITs.
• B.E/B.Tech (any specialisation), Fresher to 1 year of experience.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and oral
• Must be willing to sign a Service Agreement for 30 months.
