- Candidates should have strong experience in Java, J2ee, struts, Hibernate areas specifically:J2EE - JMS, Transaction Management, EJB, troubleshooting
- Should have worked on any application server.
- Experience in Ajax & Jquery.XML/XSD definition experience.
- Working Knowledge on webservices.
- Should be good in communication (ideally should have interfaced with customer). Participate in the Analysis, architectural design & maintenance of the system.
- Design Develop Unit Test and do reviews(design and code).
- Candidates should also have basic knowledge on C, C++.
- Candidates should be good in writing algorithms.
