Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for attending calls and providing information as requested by the caller,using a very user friendly software.
• Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
• Ensure that the duration of the call is within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT)
• Candidates will be provided with specialized training on the software to retrieve information on anything and everything under the sun
• 5 days working
• Male / Female both are eligible for the position
• No night shifts for Female candidates
• Graduates or Undergraduates both are eligible for the position
• Salary + Incentives

Skills and Work Experience required :

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquette
• Working knowledge of computers
• Smart and Confident
