Job Description:
As part of The Hackett Groups Performance Studies practice the candidate will play a key role in management consulting engagements for global clients. Besides engagement delivery, the candidate is also expected to leverage results of Performance Studies to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.

About Performance Studies:
The Hackett Groups measurement offerings identify Top performance at the business process level. These studies collect data about staffing, costs, transactional volumes and best practice utilization for each process.
Performance Studies are focused on the primary drivers of effectiveness ("doing the right things") and efficiency ("doing things right"). They cover metrics on cost, staffing, cycle time, quality and best practice utilization.

 
Role:

• Hackett is looking for professionals with significant technical expertise in Excel and VB to support the key issues, agility, and globalisation studies that are targeted at providing research based strategic solutions to clients
• Creating Custom Dashboards as part of exceptional reporting using Excel and PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing a list of detailed performance metrics with comparisons to Top Performers and other study participants
• Extensive use of data analytic tools and techniques, both business contextual and statistical, and identifying and testing insightful business hypotheses so as to provide strategic insights to solve process and performance improvement initiatives
• Building Quick assessment tools that provide real time analysis aimed at supporting Business Advisors and Sales teams as part of business development effort

Skills:
The candidate must have demonstrated capability in 2 or more of the following areas:

• Good exposure to business contextual knowledge, particularly for End to End processes like Procure to Pay, Account to Report, Order to Cash and EPM
• Hands on experience in various tools like SPSS, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Programming and technical skills used for data extraction and analysis & reporting
• VBA programming skills with knowledge on ETL process using SQL to transform and analyzing the data
• Strong problem solving skills to turn analysis into action and provide extensive results
