Job Description:

• The person will have to understand customer queries and do technical trouble-shooting of Information security products
• will have to respond to the customers both through email and phone with a sensitivity of customer requirements. 

Responsibilities would be to :

• Replicate problems for escalation to sustaining/engineering/QA.
• Provide coding samples for customers if needed.
• Follow-up with sustaining/engineering to drive resolutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions. 
• Onyx documentation for customer issues and/or solutions.
• Learn new products as they become available. 

Desired Profile:

• B. Tech (Computer Science) / IT, MCA
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and clear voice and accent.
• Good Networking concepts 
• Analytical approach
• Good computer fundamentals (OS and Networking)
• Zeal to learn new technologies and to face new challenges.
• Ready to work in Night Shifts and rotational shifts.
• The candidate will be required to work 5 days a week ( though Saturday and Sunday will be working and other two days of the week will be off).
